Parcel charges are the responsibility of the customer or unless otherwise specified. Customers can provide their carrier billing account numbers if they choose otherwise parcel charges will be added to your invoice at the time of shipping.
Free Shipping:Â
If the Customer purchases items worth more than $500, and the shipping area is near New York. Bulk suppliers offer free shipping conditionally.
Return PolicyÂ
All returned items will be inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit or exchange. Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your return is received.
Returning A Defective Item :
Defective products may be returned within 10 days of purchase (products may be credited or exchanged at our discretion).
Returning A Non-Defective Item :
Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date if the product is not a grocery item & product is not discontinued.
How To Return A Product:
Before returning a product, you need to first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer service department.
