Line of Events
A struggling writer finds herself at the center of the story she covers when she is brutally attacked by a notorious cult leader and mass murderer, a man with an inexplicable control over his followers. The film is all about the ending. The ending had potential. It had unexpected plot twists and could have been great but was just wasted. The film doesn’t capitalize on that at all, nor does it really explain the cult. However, if there was a sequel that could explain and build on what the ending was and maybe go a little further. On the cult, then this film would be amazing, 10/10. Great casting and setting, but what is needed is a really good sequel, made by someone better. Or I’m quitting my job and becoming a producer.
